Power comes from within, but you do not own power – you put it on like a garment every day. You are powerful - beyond your thoughts!

Remember that Courage is not the absence of fear – it is resistance to fear – the ability to bear pain. The source of courage is internal – it resides in the mysteries of love, truth and spirit. 

It's my third (second academically because of the 4-year programme)year in UCT and I am persuing a BSc Degree (Chemistry). So far Cape Town has been so much of a nice place to stay,but I do not intend to work here.

I thank God for the special people He made me meet here 'cause I've been meeting people who are just so much inpiring in the Christian faith.

I have come to realise that in life you are first dependent,then you become independent then you realise that everything in the universe is just interdependent,thatis to say that for you to exist you need the person next to you.

It's always good to remeber that God comes first in everything that you do.
